Spend a day with us at the Kitchen Garden, near Bury St Edmunds and learn all there is to know about keeping hens; with hands-on advice, practical tips and a fabulous slide show. Meet our famous flock of Buff Orpingtons and see them in action, plus on site hints on how to garden despite your hens. Includes a visit from breeder Hugh Burton with Showgirl, his award-winning Silkie hen. All topped off with home-grown lunch, a glass of wine and an afternoon chat with Penny who will show you how to cook delicious recipes using your own hen's eggs. Share an enjoyable day with a small group of like-minded henkeepers. |

All courses start at 10.00am and finish around 3.30pm. Cost per person is £75.00 including lunch - maximum 12 people per course. Cheque payment in full on booking please. Refunds (minus £20.00 administration charge) offered for cancellations within a month of the course date, but we suggest if you can't make it you try to find a friend to take your place.
